Pacific Therapeutics is a development stage Specialty Pharmaceutical Company focused on the identification and development of drug candidates to treat diseases of excessive scarring (fibrosis). Its strategy includes reformulating approved drugs to increase efficacy and patient compliance, completing the further clinical testing, manufacturing and other regulatory requirements sufficient to seek marketing authorizations in the US, Europe and other countries.

This strategy reduces the risk, time and cost of developing therapies for fibrosis by avoiding the risks associated with basic research and using compounds with unknown safety and toxicity profiles. Pacific leverages its expertise to manage and perform critical steps in drug development including the design and conduct of clinical trials, the development and execution of intellectual property strategies and the interaction with drug regulatory authorities.

Pacific Therapeutics is a private company founded in September 2005 and located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Since inception the company has advanced its first product candidate to the clinic.
